Company Return Policy:
Satisfaction policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know! Refer to the “order return form” located on the back of your sales receipt/invoice that you received in the mail with your Desert Life Clothing Company merchandise order. Please fully complete the form and send back the merchandise to be returned in an enclosed mailing envelope. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price if returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returns must be received within 30 days of shipping date and be unworn, in the same condition that they were received. If received after 30 days, store credit will be issued.
Some reasons for returning items might include: wrong size, wrong item shipment, arrived late, do not want, other reason (please explain any additional reasons on the order return form that is located on the back of your sales receipt/invoice).
Returns or exchanges without the original sales receipt/invoice: For the return of items purchased on our Desert Life Clothing Company website in which you do not have the original receipt, we may be able to look up your original transaction using your physical address or your email address. If we are able to locate the transaction, we will provide you with a refund or exchange upon return of merchandise. If we are unable to locate your transaction, we will be glad to offer a merchandise exchange at the current selling price of the item you wish to return.
Additional return information: Please note that we do not cover the return shipment label, but will provide a refund or an exchange for the returned merchandise upon retrieval of the item. Your mailed returns will be credited to your original form of payment, unless doing an exchange.
